Odd lighting/brightness issue

Hi! I've recently encountered an odd bug which affects lighting/brightness. I tried disabling mods, verifying game's files, creating new setting files, but it didn't work. What it can be?

EDIT: I figured out that mod called Glorious Glaciers was messing my game with its postprocessing ini file.
