Stutter after Carriage Ride

Howdy All, so I can't seem to figure out what's wrong for the life of me. I run a pretty heavily modded game and it runs smoothly all but for one thing...after I take a carriage ride the Stutter/lag makes the game unplayable. I can travel the whole of skyrim no problem, but using a carriage ride breaks the game for me. I can fast travel (though have it turned off with frostfall), use teleport spells across the map, etc...but taking a carriage ride screws me up. Any ideas what's causing this? I use Dydolod and Natural View Tamriel ENB.

 

Any suggested fixes?

Have you run Fallrim Tools on your save? Maybe you have some garbage in there.

 

Also, I had a lot of problems (CTDs, and although not player stutter, a significant amount of follower stutter) before I tweaked my ini to limit the cell loading and increase the load time when switching cells to give things time to settle. PS> one obvious solution is not using the carriages. They're kinda non immersive anyway, since they functionally act almost identically to fast travel. You pay the man, step onto the back of the cart, the world blacks out and voila you're somewhere else.
