Odd save issue

So this one is a a bit weird, and im not entirely sure what is causing this but here goes my explanation (Note: everything I say is not exaggerated in the slightest)

So I have my character right? The specifics of what he is don't really matter (race, gender, etc.). I spend a good hour playing and decide to quick-save and take a break, no issues during the game or booting the game up. I come back to this save and it basically resets my progress. Now when I say "reset" I'm not meaning as in im back to level 1 or anything, rather i get sent back to my starting location (Riverwood Inn*), my popups from starting the game (Wintersun, etc.) come back on screen. Now if I go into third person I see two things, 1. My eyes are missing, and 2. I am breathing ice. Now when I say breathing Ice, its more like the frostbite spell is coming out of my mouth constantly and is not draining my magicka. I have no stamina and everyone is trying to kill me (probably because i hit them with the ice?) Anyways if I attempt to talk to anyone the game crashes, if I try to go outside the game crashes, (my favorite one) if I try to look UP my game crashes.

As irked as I am that this is the 3rd time this has happened, its still my favorite glitch ever.

My setup is more than enough to run all the mods you are about to see, if you need any additional info please let me know, i really wanna get this fixed

You'll probably have more success in getting help if you post your load order and a text description of any events that might have led to this situation, for instance what the last mods you installed were. (presuming you had normal play at some point prior and didn't do what so many have done and install 100 or 200 mods back to back and then try to open the game for the first time and find the game doesn't work). << if that is the case.... as brutal as it may be, I'd recommend you save your mod list, then uninstall them all and start fresh, installing mods ~one at a time~ and checking game stability between each installation. And when you reach a mod that results in crashes or other abnormal behavior, disable the MOD or uninstall it and investigate the problem (at your leisure) and/or just move onto the next mod installation and validation...
