Post your request there (with more detail as to what you are envisioning, so they can tell if it sounds interesting enough to warrant their time, but not so ambitious it will take more of a time commitment than they are willing to accept). That's where those willing to volunteer to tackle such projects for others are looking for them. -Dubious-
