changed nifs with coordinate problems

Hello all!

 

I have a nif converter problem (but for some odd reason i can't register on the niftools forums, so I thought I would ask it here). I have exported some Skyrim nifs to 3ds max, edited them a little and exported them again into nifs, and edited them in niftools with the mesh replacement technic. They seem to work perfectly fine, except some of them, when i load into niftools seem to be slightly moved on the x-z axis, and since their collision stayed the same, now they are lacking any collision to the parts reaching out from the circle of the original collision.

I have not changed their coordinates or even touched the original pivot points. Could someone please tell me how to keep them at their original place?
