random freezing issue with skyrim legendary edition modded

i having issues with freezes and need help fixing it its not that crash that quits the game to the desktop its just freezes the game (i even waited for a while and nothing)i had to install onetweak mod to make the game bordeless so i could use ctrl+alt+del to be able to end process and exit the game i play for some hours(i checked today i played for around 3 hours before the freezing happens well today at least was almost 3 hours) and then the game just freezes doesnt matter if im walking,fighting,opening loot and so on its not random everytime i play for some hours the game freezes no matter what(most of the time happened when i was walking around outside doing quests one time happened when i was inside archmage quarters and froze when i opened the chest near the bed) this issue is happening for more than 3 times i even deleted all my saves,disabled all auto-save options started a new clean game and still the freezing i play with mods i have exactly 213 mods and 203 plugins active i use MO2(mod organizer) i have LOOT installed,FNIS,SKSE, Unofficial Patch installed and WryeBash every time i install some mods i use the sort option in MO2 to make sure always my load order doesnt mess up my game but i dont know if this have something to do with mods(im quite sure that is) or the game itself since i use windows 10 pro 64bits and this skyrim is 32bits so i have no ideia what the problem is its not my computer problem thats for sure i will show my load order any help is appreciated:
