HarvesterFox
I am just working on my second mod with the construction set and I cant find anywhere that tells me how to create my own meshes and textures for clothing. This is driving me nuts! I know it can be done but how? I hace OBCS and OBSE. Is there anyone that can help me out with creating custom meshes and textures for clothes? Also, how do I select what body replacer they are compatible with? Please help and thanks.
Nephenee13
You have to use a 3d modeling program such as Blender or 3dMAX. Its not something you can just do.

Nephenee13
Blender and the necessary scripts for importing and exporting NIF files can be found at NifTools As for learning to use the program, well, thats up to you.
Thorham
Blender and the necessary scripts for importing and exporting NIF files can be found at NifToolsThat page links to Blender 2.49b. Is that because the scripts don't work with newer versions? Would suck, because Blender 2.49b is not easy on the beginner. Yes, it sucks.
Luminiari
If you've never modelled before, might I suggest perusing Blender 3D: Noob to Pro? It's quite a read, but well worth it. Then once you've got that downpat, I recommend going through mbass' TES Modding Page to actually get the hang of making stuff specifically for Oblivion. EDIT: If you're a little lazy like me, you'd might like to opt for the portable version of Blender which has all the NifScripts set up so you can get right into modding Oblivion. You'll also need NifSkope (not sure if it comes with that portable Blender package, but just in case it doesn't you can find it here). Happy modding!
