LE Disable third person movement acceleration.

Id like to see a mod that removes the low acceleration for third person movement.

 

For example:

 

In first person, move anyway and it's instant,

 

In third person, move left - pause - move right - there is a delay.

 

I'm not good with the creation tools so would someone be willing to fix this or let me know if this exists?
