Changing License Board Names

I know modding support for FFXII ZA is sporadic, but if someone could even point me in the right direction, that would be so incredibly appreciated.

 

All I am looking to do is find out how to change the names of the license boards to more traditional Final Fantasy job names. This has been done in a few mods, so I know it is possible, but my efforts to find information to guide me through the process hasn't been fruitful. Any help, even a link to a program or a brief few words, would be incredibly helpful.

The license name files are in menu_command.bin. You can edit it with the Zodiac Age text editor/All-in-one editor.
