Skyrim crashes whenever autosave,normal save,quicksave and also in combat

skyrim version? SKSE version (if installed)?

 

If you updated from 1.5.73 to 1.5.80 is this a character from before the update? new mods? etc etc.

 

anecdotal: I had a level 52 character that displayed the same behavior following the 1.5.73 => 1.5.80 update. I had to fall back to a level 16 save before I got things sorted out (following the update) along with updating about two dozen mods that are version dependent, and I had to remove several mods that are no longer supported in 1.5.80/2.0.16

It just appeared 3 days ago when i downloaded newest vortex version,newest mod LC CITADEL version AND STARTED quest laid to rest

Ok, so presumably all was well prior to installing LC CITADEL?

 

Have you tried uninstalling citadel?

 

If it still crashes after uninstalling that mod, then try stepping back in your saves to one prior to when it was installed. (After the new mod is removed!)

 

Once you find a save that works. Visit the place you downloaded the mod and request help from the mod author in the "posts" or "bugs" tab. Sometimes (not often but sometimes) they forget to note an expected requirement mod or have a bug in their code or can otherwise help you to get their mods installed correctly. (or someone who's using the mods in question has already run into it and can provide info that helps you to get things working. )

 

I know this isn't an ideal response on my part. But these forums are pretty quiet, so it's the best I can offer and maybe all you're going to get. I'm no expert, just another player who has run into problems along the way, figured workarounds to make my installation "go", and who's a bit of a busybody.
