Cart to Helgen stuck on the spot

So, I recently took a dive into the wild side of Skyrim modding...and decided that I still wanted to enjoy the game instead of..."enjoying" the game. So, I wiped all the sex mods from my system, mostly inflation and animal related, and started a new save. When I woke up for the hundredth time, I found that, despite all the other animations playing, the horses, and the carts attached to them, were stuck on the spot. I have run FNIS, and it did not help. Here is my list of mods, in alphabetical order because that's how I have them sorted in Vortex:
