Menu flashing bug is back!

When I use the cinematic DoF, SSAO and Godrays ENB for Project Reality CoT I get the green menu flashing bug again. I finally got all the mods I wanted working wonderfully and smoothly with little to no crashes, but this was the last in the list and now I get this bug.

 

I already did the crossfire fix for the blurry everything issue, but this menu flashing bug is killing me. Not to mention my CPU usage goes up to about 40-60% making my fan go wild.

 

I'd hate to have to get rid of ENBs, so I'm wondering what I did/doing wrong. It can't just be that my machine can't do ENBs. Any advice would be appreciated.
