Missing some kind of resource, see screenshot

I recently tried to fire up Skyrim Special Edition again, and had to do so using Vortex. After following all of the instructions to import my mods from NMM and updating them, I began to see these red triangles littered everywhere along the cart ride (and finally on Hadvar and another imperial). Also, I've got ye olde "blackface" bug again, which was initially fixed for some reason by enabling the "Cutting Room Floor" mod but not anymore. LOOT doesn't find any errors and I've tried disabling mods I suspect might cause this.

Well I fixed the dark face bug with this advice from another thread:

 

Delete Data>meshes>actor>characters>FaceGenData>FaceGeom and reinstall WICO

 

I'm guessing the red triangle bug (which honestly is WAY more annoying) will be a similar fix.
