Karganor - Formal warning issued

Karganor has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Upload of two mods (26 July 2019), each containing a piece of music by other artists (Frank Ocean - Nikes, Power - Kanye West) without providing the original artists‘/right holders‘ permissions for use and redistribution.

Uploader’s „Credits and distribution permissions“ for both mods:

Upload permission
You can upload this file to other sites but you must credit me as the creator of the file (only for Frank Ocean – Nikes)

Modification permission
You are allowed to modify my files and release bug fixes or improve on the features so long as you credit me as the original creator

Conversion permission
You can convert this file to work with other games as long as you credit me as the creator of the file

Asset use permission
You are allowed to use the assets in this file without permission as long as you credit me

Asset use permission in mods/files that earn donation points
You are allowed to earn Donation Points for your mods if they use my assets“

The user has not provided the right holders‘ sub licences that allow her/him to give these permissions concerning the original artists‘/right holders‘ assets in the files.

Usage and Accreditation
User submissions which include copyrighted content, be it game files or images, are prohibited unless proper permission has been granted by the property owner or appropriate representation.
