Missing Animations (Bandits T-Pose on me)

What it says on the title. it's really annoying because it seems to be only a few animations so the battle will be going well and suddenly mr. bandit will t-pose to rush me ruining the IMMERSION and that is really annoying. I have run FNIS correctly both while installing and after everything was done but doesn't seem to have solved everything. Should I try checking the cache for missing animations? I am always a bit scared of doing that and having Steam f*#@ up my install.

I have decided to validate my install. It told me 4 files were missing. I wonder if they were animations?

 

Nope, it just caused my game to be stuck on loading the main menu. Gonna have to redo the install too since now LOOT tells me s#*! is all dirty with ITM records. I knew I shouldn't have done it.

fwiw, did you run the initializer after installing FNIS? IN the directions for use, it states that you need to run an executable (from you desktop not in game) prior to using FNIS, to initialize the program..

 

Sorry about the game gumming up after you attempted to fix things. Check around here for the "infinite loading" issue (or use google/bing/etc to search)

 

there's a thread in the Skyrim Special Edition forums (can't remember which bit there are only a handful of fora to check) on the infinite loading issue that affects some users.

The infinite loading only happens if I let LOOT take control of my load order. It just can't handle it and mixes esp's around.

 

I believe I have found a solution, a friend said it could be the game not loading the animation due to so many already being loaded. I made a new skse.ini and gave Skyrim 1gig instead of the default 256mb to use.
