Installed mods not performing correctly in game

So I recently purchased Skyrim on Steam, and have been bookmarking mods I like beforehand to use once I bought it.

Now that I have bought it I installed NMM and a few mods.

 

The problem I receive is that the majority of the mods don't work even though they were "installed successfully".

 

Here are the mods, the way I installed them, and the problem I'm having with it.

 

Custom races:

Temptress - NMM

Lunari - NMM

Succubus - Manual

The custom races are selectable in game, but invisible with purple arms. (except for Succubus, which has a working head)

 

Armor:

Brokefoot UNP Mashup Compilation - NMM

Succubus (Vindicus version) - Manual

Alyn Shir - NMM

Haven't been able to get far enough in game to see if these have a problem; I'm just including them for information.

 

Aesthetic:

Eyes of Beauty - NMM

Apachii Hair - Manual

Eyes of Beauty doesn't seem to change the selection of eyes (at least for custom races) and Apachii Hair is invisible but still has a spot for where each hair would be in the slider.

 

The mods are all active in NMM, all are checked in the Data Files, and I have Dawngaurd if any of that helps.
