CTD When I Enter Skyrim Overworld

I did alternate start and chose start in honeyside, no problems while I was indoors or in the Riften city. Didn't CTD because I quit the game and deleted this save before I left to the overworld. Then since I figured my game was stable I started again and chose I want to get out of this cell, and as soon as I left to "Skyrim" out the trapdoor, immediate CTD. I have a rediculous amount of mods and I'd do anything to avoid the process of troubleshooting this myself since I already spent all week installing everything. Here's my load order, someone please let me know what I have to move/delete to get a stable build.
