SSE mod request for Skyrim SE Controller support related

A further mod request, When playing with an xbox one controller, after I remap my controls

jump to be a instead of y, which makes interact y instead of a.
Then I remap crouch to b which puts my menu wheel on left shoulder
Then I remap my menu wheel to back which puts the wait prompt on left shoulder.

After doing all that, I can't use any of the menus. Because the menu interface controls scheme is the same as my in game controls. So I cdon't get to play with my preferred control scheme.

Is it possible to make a mod that forces the game to treat menu navigation and gameplay with separate control schemes.
Whether I'm using vanilla menus or skyUI menus, remapping my controller to the way I like it(particularly the back button, breaks it.
