Melee weapon speed problem

Ok so I am having a very strange problem where somehow my weapon speed sped up like ridiculously fast. I can slash my sword disgustingly fast.. but if I go back like 2 saved games its back to normal but I didn't change any of my mods or anything like that and I have duel combat realism and SKYRE but I have always had those working just fine together.. now my weapon speed it just screwed up.. is there any way to change my weapon speeds manually at all?

 

MOD INFO:

 

Skyre- I only use the main and enemy scaling plugins so should not change combat atall

ACE combat- I only use the magic, smithing and melee perc plugins because I like the melee percs from ace better than skyre

Duel Combat Realism- I use this mod

 

LOAD ORDER-

these are the only 3 mods I have that effect weapons in any way so I have placed them at the very bottom of my load order in this order

 

SkyRe_Main

SkyRe_EnemyScaling

Skyre_Plugin_Daggercraft

Skyre_Plugin_JaySuSSwords

ACE Melee

ACE Smithing

ACE Synergy

ACE Enchanting

ACE BYOG

ACE Magic

Duel Combat Realism

Bashed Patch (always last)

 

thanks for any help and as I said I have been using these mods in conjunction with each other for a long time now with no problems :(

This occasionally happens to me as well! But whenever it does I revert back to an old save fearing it's a permanent glitch. I don't have any of the mods you mentioned though. It usually happens when I switch from a bow to a sword. I have the Quick Shot perk so I thought it might be that the game somehow applied the speed of the bow to the sword.
