Getting these annoying freezes. Is there something wrong with my load order?

The game just freezes randomly. I have noticed a heavy amount of freezes in Cambridge, but that might be because I am currently around like 20 npcs or something in an all-out war. I don't have a quest, I am just wandering around.

These 2 have been having serious conflicts with each other lately. Homemaker has been causing a lot of CTD's

Some mods on your list are either redundant or can be bulk dumped and replaced with a single mod:

 

NoCombatMusic: Turn off in game sound settings

settlementheight9000: FO4 hates anything more than 3 stories as is.

You might try "Cheat Terminal" to help eliminate some redundant single mods. Your plugins are kinda all over the place. Are you manually sorting? Or are you using a program like LOOT?
