LE Searching for Willing Texture/Mesh Modder

I am a modder, and I'm not bad at it. I'm in the process of creating a new mod that contains new daedric realms you can visit. Shadowy forests, fire worlds, ice worlds, etc. I have the concept down, I know what I'm doing and what I want to do. I can easily edit existing vanilla meshes and textures, like a wine label to make it say something else, but I cannot create new 3D models, I believe for which Blender is used. I am searching for a partner in this mod. I can do Creation Kit, layout, stuff like that easily, as I said. But I need someone who can take a concept or concept idea/image and be able to create a high quality texture, and be able to link it to nifskope with it's new 3D model, then send me the results.
