EmperorsFriend
Hello fellow Dragonborns, I recently installed some mods for SKSE, including Script Extender, The Unofficial Patch and SkyUI, in order to remove some annoying mechanisms and bugs. When I wanted to start SKSE, a message appeared, telling me that either the Script Extender has not been installed oder became outdated. Both reasons are not correct, since I used the latest versions and deployed them correctly. I tried to alter the starting order, since I saw that my SkyUI had started before my Scripts, but fixing this by force did not work. I am using Language Packs for some of my mods, but not a single one seems to be responsable. I do really hope, that one of our merry men and woman will find some kind of solution or a workaround for my issue. Kindest regards, EmperorsFriend P.S. I posted some screenshots, in order to visualize my issue for your understanding. Edited August 4, 2019 by EmperorsFriend
mastahd
Are you launching Skyrim through SKSE? Because by the default the launcher in Vortex will point towards the basic Skyrim executable (or at the very least did it for me). Check if you've marked the SKSE in the dashboard as Primary. EmperorsFriend
I checked it, it starts via SKSE. I got myself into the codes and finally found the issue, I replaced some of the data and it worked. Things done.
