LE Polymorph spell

I'm after a polymorph spell, like in Warcraft 3, that lets you turn enemies into goats.

 

It would be a few alteration spells ranging from apprentice to expert that are based on the level of the enemies, e.g. enemies up to level 6 can be turned into goats with the apprentice level version, but you need Polymorph II to do it to enemies up to level 12, and so on.
