Mashed Potato Snow

I'm trying to start a new playthough but I'm having this issue that's driving me absolutely crazy. Any snow that's slightly far away has this weird yellowish texture to it that makes it look more like mashed potatos than snow. I have no idea what's causing it because the only texture mods I'm using are Noble Skyrim and Landscape - Catherdal Concept. Below I'll attatch a fscreencap of what it looks lik along with my load order in case it's something from there as well. If anyone could tell me what's going on and/or how to fix it, it would be much appreciated.
