Red Rocket when trying to store items the game crashes

Hello all,

i have a issue in Red Rocket when trying to store items the game crashes.
I have tried nuking the place to start building all over but again crashes.
This doesn't happen in Sanctuary.

I have tried to fix the load order base on:
1. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23556?
2. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10844/

I have installed some modes due to curiosity and most settlements I leave with auto build.
I don't want to start the game from start.

Any recommendations to fix the issue is appreciated.
