Newbie problem - I can't find my username

Hi lads, I'm a newbie to modding. Decided to give it a spin, made my account some time ago, logged in today and I can't seem to find my username (which I need for the MO magnet link) - the only thing I can see in my own profile is my e-mail adress. Any idea what's going on ?

Hi there,

 

Your username is displayed above your avatar on the forums, i.e. where it says "BigBizkit" for me. I see why it would be confusing for you, because currently your username is the same as your email address.

 

If you wish to change that, which I would recommend: please send an email to support@nexusmods.com from the email attached to your account, providing 2-3 alternative usernames.

Fair enough. Wouldn't that indicate a problem with MO in-build login system, given that the email is the username ?
