Extracting .mor Files

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to extract a .mor file from a saved game? Essentially, I'm looking for a simple way to modify the look of my NPCs in my game. I'm trying to avoid using the toolset so I was hoping that I could just start a new game, create my "look" with character creator, save the game then extract the .mor file and just simply rename it as the NPC I want it to replace and drop it in my override folder.

Thanks for the reply. I figured out had to work with specific morphs with the program.
