I am going to try and get into making a few mods later but I have a feeling one of them isn't entirely possible how I envision it so figure I would ask.

 

Is it possible to make an actual new skill tree and add it to the list? Or is it locked and the most you can do is re-purpose the existing ones? Want to add 2 more skill trees if possible.

And if not possible now, would they ever be able to implement it later through updates to the script extender?
