need a little help with a ctd problem

Hi I just started getting ctd today after playing on ultra and then some for weeks with my gtx670 2gb. I found how to enable the papyrus log and got a bunch of s***..I literally know next to nothing about how this stuff works. Anyways I was able to decipher some mods that were causing problems, crimson tide dawnguard and a custom race. After turning them off I am left with one kindof short error but my game is crashing outside whiterun randomly and every single time I try to enter whiterun. If anyone can help at all I would really appreciate it and thank you in advance. Oh also I have ugrids set to 7 and the cellbuffers set to match, and ipreloadsize is at the max recommended. I have been up for about 6 hours tryin to figure this crap out, downloaded the performance monitor texture and mesh optimizer...I am freakin tired hopefully someone can point out the stupid mistake I've made or something once I awake later.

Could anyone tell me what this log means? It looks like it has to do with memory? I wouldn't be asking if hadn't googled for hours upon hours.
