ronm4250
I am pulling my hair out over this one. I have modded both New Vegas and Fallout 3 to the hilt following Gopher's videos. I had a few problems but have been able to fix them. This one however is driving me batty. Unified HUD Project downloads fine into NMM. I click the activate button and the Hud Mods to unify menu appears with all the mods I have installed checked (ie: Darnified NV meter detected). I click install and I get the Error drop down box which states "An Exception has occurred in the script" then, The mod is not installed. I started from scratch several times trying different installs but no luck. Please somebody help me! Thanks in advance! Gopher any input? All your tutorial videos have been fantastic but this one ... SpitBlock
So don't use NMM, Use FOMM/NVMM this was the old one that stopped being updated. It still works an NMM is roughly based on it. Just disable the online parts of FOMM so it doesn't waste time checking for updates an all that, while most of it works some parts were never fully developed. The package manager was an it's what you would use. Lots of times you get corrupted downloads which is just data loss from point a to point b when it's in travel to your computer. It doesn't happen as often if you use a wired connection, but still happeneds every so often.
