ButtNekkidHippie
By the nine, please help I've been trying to mod my Steam version of Oblivion (apparently this is an annoying version to mod but I had no idea) for a couple days now and keep getting sent back to step 1. Everything I read tells me something different or gives me steps to take which I don't even understand. I'm not completely computer illiterate but I haven't modded anything or really maneuvered around on a PC since XP/Vista, and Windows 10 is driving me insane! I was told to run Oblivion as Admin but then Steam tells me there are compatibility issues? I was told to get OBSE and OBMM and BOSS and WyreBash and then I was just told to use Nexus and it'll mostly do the modding and file placement for me? This is driving me insane. I just want to play with ONE SIMPLE COSMETIC MOD to make characters look slightly less like they belong on the N64. Can someone give me a quick rundown or some sort of finite information I can start from? I haven't made ANY progress, in fact I just completely uninstalled and reinstalled to start fresh because at this point I don't even know what I probably ruined. I'll be readily available for replies or willing to chat on discord or whatever. Thanks Edited August 9, 2019 by ButtNekkidHippie
ReverendFelix
Click game mode on if you haven't, in your win 10 game settings. I don't have the Steam version but I did find this; https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1125736723 Hope it helps...
