However!Behold the fix go to control panel, then go to language date and time.change from whatever you have to english..Done its now working, had all the requirments already, so if you struggled like me do this. THANK YOU FOR THAT YOU KNOW HOW HARD I HAD TO SEARCH THE INTERNET TO FIND THE SOLUTION FOR SUCH A STUPID BUG! What I SPECIFICALLY had to change was the REGION AND LANGUAGE FORMAT to English. KUDOS!
