Loki180 Posted September 22, 2012 Share Posted September 22, 2012 Housing Project FeaturesThis mod is rather simple. Yet for me was very lacking in Skyrim. This mid will add buyable homes to each town and village in Skyrim. I will find the most suitable NPC in that Village or Town to buy the home from. (such as the Jarl of Winterhold, Or the Blacksmith in Shor's Stone) The Houses will differ in size and expense. The mod will also add other homes in the holds that already have homes for sale. For instance I LOVED the waterfront in the Imperial City, I loved the home there for sale. So in Riften there will be a run down home for sale for very cheap. (I thought when I played Skyrim that Riften would have a run down home for sale and not this expensive house as it does.Also note that it will not change the homes already in the game in anyway. New NPCs will be added that sell the homes in holds that already offer homes. A mod that I have already released will be added to the Housing Project Mod. But as of now it is not buyable.
