Bolvyn Venim Resurected

I did House Hlaalu first and then used the console to join House Telvanni. One of the quests by Aryon s to brak the mage monopoly which requires support from the Telvanni councillors.

 

Unfortunately I nailed on of them earlier (maybe as part of a Hlaalu quest or because he had something I wanted). He is Bolvyn Venim (grande Telvanni) so now I raised him from the dead but I cant get him to talk to me so I can get his blessing and he just attacks me and say "see you in the arena (apparently thats where I killed him).

 

I tried calm humanoid etc but I cant get the guy to talk. Is there anyway to talk to him and get the speific dialogue or at lease add the approval to my journal with the console?

 

I need the appeal to fairness script. Can I do something like addscript or whatever?

I am a tad confused. There is a console glitch that lets you play Hlaalu after Redoran or Telvanni but not AFAIK the other way round. There is a mod that lets you play all three. Anyway the Councillors you have to convince are House REDORAN not Telvanni (you are telvanni) and three will do so you don't need Venim. (See Sarethi first then any two of Ramoran, Llethri, Morvayn and Arobar)
