Nifskope - Working with multiple Furniture Markers

Hi, hope someone can clear up this point.

 

I put a custom circular-shaped bench over the 'CommonTableOneBench' furniture nif, changed entry point to 'Front', imported the mesh into CK using the '-TwoBenches' model as a base and put an additional 3 furniture markers on it for NPC/PC to sit. This brought it to a total of 6 markers. The CK gave an error message about mismatched furniture marker properties. However, the new bench shows up fine in CK and is working as intended when tested in game.

 

Is the message about mismatched furniture properties to be considered seriously. Should I re-do the whole thing or can it be safely ignored?
