Skyrim get´s after few min Inactive

Hello, im sry im new here and i realy need help i have downloadet some mods and my Skyrim gets always stuck after some time.



First it was realy fine and no problems and i had many mods many years bevore installed and no problem at all,
know i have reinstall skyrim and downloadet new the mods becaus i got a new PC but now nothing works for me.


Wen i started a new Game i had some problem with my character design but that was not much of a Problem i run and load smoothly outside and wen i enter the first Dungeon i had no problem at all (Dragon stone quest) but after i got to Whiterun my game gets frozen and stuck all the time. The stuck began after i go in the bannered Mare or wen i go into the Temple of Kynareth. I also started a savegame bevore i enterd this two houses but still i get stuck in the game and after some short time i need to close my Skyrim with my Taskmanager.

I tested many things to get it done but nothing work for me.
