Is there a mod that makes guards not know if I attacked somebody insid

So let's say I'm in a town and I want to murder someone in his own house. I can't, because after the first attack, guards outside will instantly know what I did. Is there a mod that changes this? A mod that lets me kill someone with whom I'm alone in a building without anyone else noticing? At least something that prevents others entering the building just because I attacked a character?
