LeahTheUnknown
I've recently started a foray into making my own models and textures for an upcoming mod. It's about food. One of the textures I've created isn't working, however. It shows up in NifSkope, but not in Creation Kit or in game. I've read through tutorials on making your own textures, but I must have missed something. I'm using a stock photo I found on the internet for my blueberries. I pasted the image into an existing dds from the game and did the UV mapping in NifSkope, but it doesn't show up in the game/CK. I've attached a zip file with the nif, textures, and material file. Currently, the .bgsm isn't attached to the model, but I've tried it both ways. No dice. Any advice would be helpful. Cheers! ~GKX Nif, CK, and in-game images of blueberries Nif, Texture, and Material zip file
thousande
Try tick off 'skinned' in the Vertex Desc for the berries TriShape node and do the same for the berries LightningShader node I guess the mesh has been processed in Outfit Studio?? If so a tip is to un-tick Skinned in Shape / Properties > Geometry Tab before exporting from Outfit Studio. I am not an expert, but 'skinned' is only used for armor and clothing shapes + some other solutions. If the nif is going to be static, everything under Geometry can be un-ticked before export then you get a clean TriShape that requires less NifScope editing
