TestRadioRef.SetRadioStation EnclaveRadio or TestRadioRef.RadioStation EnclaveRadio something like above although those properties are not correct. Again, check to make sure it's in your version). This is a page with the Radio Functions. There is no function for setting the radio type of an activator object. You can set an NPC, but not an object. You'd have to make a new object with that radio set as its radio, and then do an enable on it to 'swap'.
