andpal - Formal warning issued

andpal has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Upload of a ENB preset containing binary files by Boris Vorontsov who has generally prohibited any redistribution of their binary files on any Nexus page.

Boris‘ licence.txt (excerpt), contained in all of his ENB archives, reads (at the very beginning):
„PUBLISHING BINARY FILES OF ENBSERIES ON NEXUS SITES (TES NEXUS, SKYRIM NEXUS, ETC)
IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ONLY PRESETS AND SHADERS CAN BE HOSTED THERE. …“

The user has not provided Boris‘ explicit permission for use and redistribution of said binary files.
Boris Vorontsov has not been credited.

The user was given opportunity (via personal messenger 02 August 2019 - 04:16 PM) to either provide Boris‘ explicit permission or to remove the binary files in question from their file (latest by , 05 August 2019), to link to Boris‘ original files instead and to provide a kind of instruction what to do and how to use Boris‘ files in conjunction with the uploader‘s preset.

There has not been any reply/reaction at all until today.

File „ENB VR – ENDGAME“ removed.
