Floating dagger

So I remember downloading a mod and in the description it said something like " don't forget to download a certain mods if you don't want to have floating daggers on everh NPC", so I thought I'll do it later.

 

But I can't find this mod now, I can't remember the mod in questions. If I remember correctly the title of the required mod had "race" in it. Probably to improve races in Skyrim

 

Anyway if you what's the mod or if you have another solution, please let me know
