Recommended mods (Balance, basic needs, graphics etc)

Hey guys, could you help me getting some mods for balance, graphics, and basic needs (like drinking, eating, sleep, camping and that stuff) and any other mods you guys might think would be good to have :-)

 

I tried installing mods this weekend, but my game is alittle unstable now, and via BOSS i can see some of my mods conflict.

 

So if you could guys recommend me some must have mods for Skyrim that have that don't conflict it would be greatly appreciated.

 

I already have the Nexus mod manager, the unnoficial patches for Skyrim and dawnguard and SkyIU.

EDIT: btw I have Dawnguard installed :-)
