CTD's [Dawnguard Related]

Hi first time posting so ill try my best to be as informative as possible and provide as much as i can

 

Background:

So i had skyrim installed on my laptop with tons of mods and everything works wonderfully, Dawnguard was released and it worked great with all my addons. I recently built a new computer and left my TES games on download then installed them, aquired my mods and wanted to see if i could start up from a new save or an old one with them enabled and i got a CTD on both saves, old and new. I tried the process of elimination and wanted to see if i would have any success thinking it was the mods, i disabled all of them and still recieved the same issue.

 

I then spent the past like 4 hours searching for a solution and enabled some papyrus scripts to find out what was wrong. The results were as follows:

I don't want to make an overly long post so ill just say that if i had to make a crude guess at what was wrong it would most likely be that the Dawnguard i got was in some way lacking the "dlc1scwispwallscript" as well as other scripts and files that didn't transfer over or something along those lines and several hours of looking led me to believe i can unpack the Dawnguard.bsa strings and it would work. I have edited the skyrim.ini file to include the bsa and also verifying game cache didn't work

Thoughts:

All help is greatly appreciated from all i would like to get playing again as soon as possible b/c im getting bored :< and much thanks. The papyrus both point at the dawnguard.esm (020098CB) (#02 in my load order) and i believe there should be a Dawnguard.esp as well but i am missing maybe. I crosschecked with my laptops skyrim and it has an entire source folder for Dawnguard however still missing the file i underlined from above nonetheless it still works. i hope i outlined the problem enough and gave enough information thanks in advance.
