Rearrange Order of User Images on Mod Page

Under Your Mod Page > Media, it is easy to rearrange the order of mod author images. It does not appear to be possible to rearrange the order of user submitted images. Can this become a feature?

 

Some mod users take great care to create a gem of a screenshot, and then it gets buried. I would like the ability to bump the highest quality shots to the front. Granted, a mod author could download/re-upload the user image into the mod author image section and place it wherever (and I've done that a few times when permission has been received to do so), but then the user submitting the image doesn't get credit like they do when the image is in the user images section.
