Unique item disenchanting mods not working

So, I've tried about every (dis)enchanting mod that allows uniques to be disenchanted.

Except for the Enchantment Swapper, None of them work, all uniques are still un-disenchantable and it's starting to annoy me, mostly because the swapper mod allows only one enchantment to be swapped.

 

Since I see many posts showing love and praise, recently even, I know they should be working just fine.

Is there a mod that universally conflicts with ALL unique item disenchanting mods?

 

I can't for the life of me find which one could be, AFAIK this current install of skyrim has no other mods installed that would affect it.
