Morrowind Overhaul Graphical issue or additional mods

So new to modding this game, used morrowind overhaul and installed it properly, no errors...installed everything that comes with it properly. In addition Im also using regen health/mag, ski mod and ecology mod. The added trees and rocks are reflecting white even in the dark they glow but its affecting peformance in some areas even with a 2080,8800k oced and 32 gb ram. Providing a link to the pick so you can see what im experiencing. I have tried playing with lighting settings and even turning them off and still nothing.

 

Also all bookshelves and most single beds are shiny gold and my armor is pure white .

If you're using OpenMorrowind then I suggest that you seek help in the OpenMW forum.

Well just becasue you said that I went back to the regular launcher and it still is the same just with lower resolution.
