LE Over the Shoulder Third Person Ranged Only Camera

This is a mod that I've been wanting for a while. I've always hated using ranged weapons in third person because the crosshair is directly in front of you and the player can easily get in the way.

Basically what I would like is this; the third person camera functions normally, except when you unsheath your weapon. If you have a melee weapon equipped, it uses the normal player centred cameram but if you have a bow or crossbow equipped, it uses the sheathed weapon camera, maybe with a few tweaks so you can see properly. Thats it, sounds simple, but I have zero modding experience so I don't know if it will be difficult, or even possible.
