How to add green check marks on missions using the console?

I'm trying to do a run with all the green check marks, but did Redania's most wanted before A matter of life and death and now I ended up missing one. How can I add the "Read perfumed letter" in the now or never quest? Tried adding some facts with the console and giving myself that letter, but nothing happens.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You propably can't, if it already at a failed state, but console command:

 

readabook(q309_mssg_from_triss)

 

Will make the letter read.
