List of sky replacers/weather mods?

So, I know about, of course, Nevada Skies and URWL. There's also some mods that change the color of the world, such as Custom Lighting Overlay (which I'm currently testing out).

 

So, really, I just want to see a list of mods like this that make the world look different without actually CHANGING it. Ideally, I'd like a URWL-esque mod that doesn't friggin' blind me whenever I look anywhere in the direction of the sun. Still, I'm open for other suggestions. :)
