skyrim 0-3 fps with player home mods

hi guys, @ first sry 4 my bad english

 

so, i have a problem with binding new player homes like The Asteria

 

if i am in near of this home my fps are 0-3 fps 1-2 minutes long

and than 15-20 fps

complette other game runs with 50 fps with hd texture pack and enb sharpshooter.

cannot find the problem.
